Crooked River Lodge Breakfast Attendant
We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our top-notch hospitality team at the Crooked River Lodge. This position will require you to be able to prepare and set out self-serve breakfast meals in an efficient and attractive manner for our hotel guests.
Responsibilities
Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Properly cook food to company and industry standards
Monitor food temperatures
Ensure a great presentation of food items
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and breakfast room
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when needed
Skills
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
Good physical condition and stamina
