As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. ```Responsibilities```
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including greeting guests, processing payments, and issuing room keys
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
- Prepare reports summarizing daily financial activities

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
