We are looking for a Paid Search Analyst to manage our performance marketing on Google and Bing across thousands of pop culture search terms and product groups. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the business in a dynamic and rapidly growing ecommerce space. This role is based at our Headquarters in City of Industry, CA or remote in US. #BI-Remote
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute paid search and Google shopping strategy for Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Her Universe brands
- Manage keyword and product level bids relative to budget and performance targets
- Identify optimization opportunities for multiple product categories and licensed properties
- Communicate with manager about spend strategies, performance and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure upcoming releases have representation in Google
- Track and share daily performance metrics relative to topline growth goals
- Hindsight campaign initiative performance as well as forecast KPI’s on upcoming launches
- Request creative and allocate budget weeks in advance of planned initiatives
- Handle display network placements on Google Ads
- Monitor search results and ever-evolving best practices
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1-2 years of experience with digital marketing and Google Ads (AdWords)
- Understanding of Google and Bing search engines and rankings algorithms
- Experience managing CPC, CPA and CPM business models
- Ability to adapt to last minute changes based off ad performance
- Proficiency with large data sets, Excel, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with retail performance metrics
- Strength in both critical thinking and creative thinking
- Keen eye for trending topics and pop culture events
- Strong communication skills – can partner with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Can stay organized in a fast paced environment
