Digital Matter is Hiring a Manager, Paid Search/SEM Near New York, NY

Digital Matter is technology-first, data-led, marketing and media consultancy. Headquartered in New York, Digital Matter provides consulting and services in the areas of business transformation, privacy-first data strategy, and integrated media buying. We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Manager, SEM / Paid Search to manage search, display, and shopping campaigns across a portfolio of consumer and retail clients.

The Role

As the Manager, SEM/Paid Search you will be responsible for the management and optimization of campaigns across key consumer, retail, and luxury goods clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution and performance of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns through the full account management life cycle.
  • Serve as a supporting player in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimization, and quarterly business planning.
  • Help to support and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
  • Partner cross-functionally to assist with proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts .
  • Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of in-platform experience in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized, analytical, and intellectually curious.
  • Strong data analysis abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and statistical analysis).
  • BA (Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
