Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively perform maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Weld or fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff when necessary

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and production machinery
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management and documentation
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills to effectively address maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Welding skills for fabrication or repair work
- Leadership abilities to supervise junior maintenance staff
