Job Summary:
An established company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess the ability to perform various tasks efficiently. Previous experience in retail or supply parts stores is a plus.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product demonstrations to customers
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer purchases
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong knowledge of electronics, technology, or jewelry sales preferred
- Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
