Elk Ridge Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Aurora, CO
Elk Ridge Apartments is seeking a full time professional Maintenance Tech with HVAC experience for 454 unit property in Aurora. Must be self-motivated, reliable, honest and take pride in your performance.
The Maintenance Tech will ensure service request and repairs are performed promptly and properly. Must have experience with hot water heaters, furnaces, A/C's and troubleshooting electrical problems, appliance repairs and installation and plumbing. Snow Removal and cleaning and maintaining grounds is required. Along with additional duties as assigned.
Must comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
Position does require Tech to respond to after hours emergencies with rotating on call schedule with other members of maintenance staff.
Must have HVAC and CPO certifications. Pay will be dependent upon these certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
