HOT FOCUS INC is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer's orders
  • Orders entry, recommand item substitute.
  • Enter shipment, collect payment, charge credit card.
  • Prioritize shipments with shipping department.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
