(HTS) has been empowering restaurants and hospitality businesses throughout Southern California and across the U.S. with industry-leading Point of Sale (POS) systems. Hospitality Technology Systems, Inc. (HTS) is seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing new clients to the business, as well as managing a positive relationship with our current clientele. Inside Sales Representatives demo the products for potential clients, provide quotes, and stay up to date on the upcoming products to better serve our client base.
Position Overview:
Identify and pursue sales leads: Calling cold and warm leads in order to generate new clientele and increase sales.
Customer Service: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, with an ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
Demo Product: Schedule demo opportunities, set up online web presentations and provide quotes to new customers.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent phone, email and oral communication skills.
