This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, as a Business Development leader with full onboarding & training provided in-house based remotely or in our Austin, TX hub.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Healthcare staffing solutions such as Travel, Perm, Rapid Response and Retained Search
- Expert level pain point selling
- Ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and Company business partners
- Excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal strategy and pivot according market fluctuations
- Accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a team
- Action oriented, results driven, able to accomplish project objectives to meet or exceed expectations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' of sales leadership experience
- 8 years' of experience in sales
