Position Summary
Provision of nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary group (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of Hospice of the Red River Valley. All nursing care, as approved by patients’ primary physicians or the hospice medical director, including hospice referrals, patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management and emotional support.
This position is preferred to be located out of the Hillsboro/Mayville area. Flexibility is essential to this role, with the typical shift working 9 am to 8 pm, three (4) days per week, based on need. Will work an occassional weekend and one (1) holiday per year.
