Hospice of the Red River Valley (HRRV) is looking for a motivated, independent, and responsible Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team and service area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-known and 40 year old hospice organization dedicated to the mission of "Providing comfort and care through life's journey". The ideal candidate should have experience in hospice and/or home health with proven success as a leader and mentor.
Position Summary:
In collaboration with the other Regional Director of Clinical Operations, this role is responsible for strategic leadership, vision, and management to ensure quality, consistent multi-disciplinary clinical care and services in compliance with nation regulations and according to the strategic direction set by the board of directors.
