Hospice of the Red River Valley (HRRV) is looking for a self-motivated, independent, responsible, and dependable professional to join the team and lead the initiative to establish a Qualified Service Provider (QSP) Program at HRRV. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of expansion efforts in providing more home-based services to our rural communities.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities and implementation of a QSP Service Program with Hospice of the Red River Valley. This will be a full-time, benefit eligible position located in our Fargo office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop organizational policies or programs.
• Establish and oversee program procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.
• Direct activities of professional and technical staff members.
• Evaluate the work of staff to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively.
• Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals.
• Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
• Direct administrative or support services specific to the QSP Program.
• Monitor performance of organizational members or partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Project/Program management or people supervision a plus.
