Description
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the state of Indiana. Staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in our trading area that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Provide input into the operational objectives and execution at the local branch.
