Work Schedule:
  • A shift: 5am - 1:30pm
  • B shift: 1:00 - 9:30pm
C shift: 9:00 - 4:30am

Hybrid Position; Needs to be flexible with schedule to cover different roles. The job will mostly be A & B.

Job Overview:

Perform operational duties (move and spot trailer) for the shipping and receiving department to ensure the continual flow of production materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System) with accuracy to account for all finished goods
  • Operate the various types of forklifts (including but not limited to the Stand-Up High Reach Forklift) in the Shipping & Receiving department
  • Charge and change forklift batteries and keep current all related documentation for battery management
  • Count and compare quantity and identification information of units against orders, bills of lading, invoices, and other production records
  • Correctly assemble and stage all required load (out bound) shipments, insuring correct items, quantity from loading manifest
  • Load outbound trailers
  • Verify accuracy, completeness and quality of (in bound) shipment to specifications
  • Carefully handle finished goods and not contribute physical damage to the product
  • Attend to palletizers and depalletizers to ensure continuous operation of can lines
  • Support plant high performance culture and continuous improvement programs through active participation in DDS meetings and plant productivity programs
  • Comply and actively participate in all safety and environmental ORM policies, procedures and programs
  • Comply with all QRMP program requirements including HACCP and GMPs
  • Perform area housekeeping duties
  • Perform all tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Knows and understands Plant allergens
  • Knows and understands Raw/RTE Separation
  • Adheres to the QRMP site rules
  • Adheres to all QRMP ways of working, processes and procedures associated with your role
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Must have and maintain a good attendance record
  • Must become TQR qualified
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Forklift License with High Lift Forklift endorsement
  • Must be able to move up to 50 pounds (Physical Demands)
