Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision benefits, Profit Sharing Bonus and 401k potential, PTO, and more!
Dining Services Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee food service operations, including the deli, bakery, and restaurant, ensuring the highest quality standards and meeting guest expectations.
- Lead the interviewing process for all food service positions, selecting candidates who align with the company's values and standards.
- Manage overall market operations in the absence of the Market Director, providing excellent customer service and upholding the company's hospitality standards.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of hospitality while upholding food quality, service efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
