We are seeking a strong General Manager to lead operations for an award-winning restaurant group based in Erie PA . This scratch concept combines trend-aware food with an extensive beverage list and an amazing atmosphere.
The General Manager will be tasked with building on and elevating an outstanding company culture, setting and driving high expectations, and being an integral part of the restaurants continued success.
The restaurant is owned and operated by a highly regarded management company with multiple locations in the area and plans for future growth.
COMPENSATION : $75,000 - $85,000 base salary 15% bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k, relocation assistance, and much more!
General Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead the management team and staff in providing a consistently outstanding guest experience
- Ensure the business delivers on the brand promise while achieving desired profitability
- Engage business unit team with aligned community investment activities
General Manager Qualifications :
- 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Commitment to embodying culture and values integrity, excellence, hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge, specifically in wine and spirits
