This is a full-time, salaried position. Wage negotiable based upon experience.

Job Summary:

This position will oversee all job functions that contribute to successful restaurant operations, including customer service, employee development/relations, food production, and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of experience managing a full-service dining environment, or equal experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to lead a team of 50 employees
• Detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
• Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is preferred
