Hope For Youth has been serving children and families of Long Island for over 50 years. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, Human Resources Recruiter Specialist to join our team and support the amazing employees and mission of HFY through the three Rs of recruiting, retention and rejuvenation! The HR Recruiter Specialist works on-site, mainly based in our Amityville office and is responsible for supporting all areas of Human Resources practices and objectives with a concentration on recruiting and promoting the agency's reputation as one of the best places to work in the non-profit social work sector. This HR team member specializes in not only filling the openings, but building pipelines and relationships in the community for engaging and attracting talent that meet and exceed expectations and keeping the talented employees we have at HFY. This role calls for a mission-driven, tech-savvy individual ready to innovate and elevate when it comes to finding and retaining and rewarding the best talent the human services industry has to offer.
