Position Overview: Reporting to the President, The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce in a family-oriented culture. In addition, the HR Manager will play a key role in the day-to day administration of the Human Resource function.
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 based on experience
Weekly Responsibilities - 50%
Monthly Responsibilities- 40%
Annually Responsibilities - 10%
