Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide product knowledge and technical sales support to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays as well as assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Make deliveries to our wholesale customers and garages
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
