Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your role will also involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails according to established recipes
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Familiarity with POS systems or cash registers is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
