In this position, youwill direct an organization of customer service representatives to ensure allcustomer needs and expectations are met. You will provide high-levelcoordination to inbound customer response activities. You will communicateacross the business to ensure proper customer care. You will set the strategyfor effective customer order processing. You will act as a change agent andlook for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
