The Product Operations team’s mission is to enable our Productteams to operate efficiently at scale. We achieve this through providing threedistinct capabilities—providing data-driven product/business insights,establishing well-defined cross-functional and product development processes,and serving as a strategic thought partner to our product teams.
Product Ops helps bridge the gap between product,engineering, and customer success. This role accomplishes this mission byworking with Software Development and Product Management leaders to createproduct and financial insights. The rolerequires rigor in meeting reporting timelines yet also a consultative approachto understand trends and propose improvements to business outcomes.

This position requires experience in the softwareengineering life-cycle and best-in-class attributes needed to measure productline health and maturity. The candidate should have a strong understanding ofsoftware development, professional services, product management, finance andproduct data master tools.
A day in the life of the product ops manager is focused onhow to streamline and improve the product team’s work so there is a moreconsistent approach to managing tools and processes. This leads to improvedcollaboration, better cross-functional alignment, and ultimately increasedlikelihood of meeting spend and revenue targets. 

The position will require someone with excellentcommunication skills and team-oriented leadership by a professional that believesin teaching software development teams to "learn by doing".
