Within the Safety and Productivity Solutions business, Honeywell Intelligrated is a leading North American-based, single-source provider of intelligent automated material handling solutions that drive fulfillment productivity for retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers around the world. Through a broad portfolio of automation equipment, software, service and support, Intelligrated solutions give businesses a competitive edge and optimize operational performance through increased flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy.Driving revenue and profitability performance of multiple related product lines, you will establish business plans, drive strategic and tactical product development efforts, develop marketplace opportunities, support sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, ensure a safe and engaged workforce and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. This will be done through collaboration with the Director of Software Marketing, peers, employees, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining product and offering vision, roadmaps and managing products throughout their life cycle of conveyor and sortation control software (3 product lines)
- Accountable for product line annual operating plan (AOP), revenue generation, pro-forma profit & loss, and quarterly financial reporting for product lines
- Perform market analysis and gather customer requirements through research, VOC, and translating requirements into product strategies. user needs, requirements, and specifications
- Define differentiated value propositions and unique business value for offerings
- Manage product line development process, release, launch, and overall lifecycle activities (introduction to sunset) using Agile development methodologies and techniques
- Employ value-based pricing to optimize margin potential.
- Driving cross-functional readiness (sales, product, marketing, projects, and support) for successful product/release launch
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop customer relationships resulting in future pipeline and revenue opportunities
- Manage customer relationship and satisfaction related to product line and overall solution integration
- Serve as product expert assisting marketing with press briefing, industry talks, whitepapers and product collateral
- Manage product line offering management team, develop staff competencies, and employee engagement
- Candidate can expect 25 - 30 percent local and global travel
