As a Lead Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and leader in field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, providing technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. 

You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. There will be a 50% travel expectation for this position. (International)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Provide technical expertise and support for field service operations 
• Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs 
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers 
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
