Our Foremen are responsible for the oversight of our craftsmen and projects. They supervise and maintain job site cleanliness and quality, conduct safety meetings, and monitor uniforms and vehicles. They order and deliver job materials, tools, and rental equipment when needed. They maintain an industry level of skill and productivity, as well as set and monitor the pace of production. Benefits, Pay Scale and Schedule
This is a full-time hourly position. The pay is $18-$22/hr based on experience. We offer full benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 401K. We also perform regular pay reviews, with your first one at 60 days. Work schedule is steady work year round, with a set Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30. We offer a company vehicle and fuel reimbursement.
