### Duties:

- Assist the Boutique Manger with overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage cash register and perform cash handling duties accurately
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise

- Support Boutique Manger and team management by providing guidance, training, and motivation to staff members
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and achieve targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

### Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail or customer service setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of shift management and ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and train staff members
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions in the absence of the manager
