Coffee Shop Assistant Manager Position Available
Job description: Le Parfait is looking for an Assistant Coffee Shop Manager to work closely with our Coffee Shop manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
POSITION AVAILABLE NOW- MUST HAVE WEEKDAYS/HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS AVAILABLE
$18/hrs Tips= $25-$28/hrs
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe with a total of ! employees (mix of part time and full time)
- Onboard new wait staff and baristas
- Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Understand the labor cost/percentage and schedule accordingly
- Do the weekly inventory (like packaging, wines, cleaning supplies...)
- Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
-Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Coffee Shop Assistant Manager, or shift lead
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Good math skills
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Customer service attitude
- High school diploma
- Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality, Food manager license) is a plus
