Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate bilingual Teacher to join our team who has a minimum of an Associate's Degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in daycare, special education, and early intervention. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where students can develop both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all students
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning experience
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Provide support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs
- Monitor and assess student performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create an engaging learning environment
