**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team at a Christian Preschool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students.
**Duties:**
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist students
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Aid in curriculum development and literacy education
- Collaborate with teachers to provide individualized support to students
- Supervise students during classroom and outdoor activities
**Experience:**
- Prior experience working in a classroom setting or childcare environment
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of Montessori or special education principles
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
