Compensation:
- Starting wage of $17 for team members (more for higher level jobs or more experience).
(Includes a blend of $11 base and $6.00/hr minimum guaranteed tips, which are subsidized if they fall below)
- Tips often rising above $6/hr which increases hourly wages even more.
- $200 Referral bonus for any existing TM referring a new hire
-$150 monthly health benefit for all eligible employees (30 hrs/weekly "full time" status, and has worked 90 days)
- Standard 2, adjacent off days for all team members (full or part time)
- Standardized, respectful, and flexible scheduling practices
- 75% off all meals on days you work, free meal on doubles
- Financial Peace course for any eligible, interested team members
- 7 days PTO for Shift Leads and above
- Reasonable work hours: (you’ll likely never work before 8am or after 10:00pm)
