Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities - Ensure all rooms are up to hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective room turnover Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time Skills: - Hotel - Hospitality - Industrial cleaning - Custodial - Housekeeping management - Floor care Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
