Job Overview:

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Homewood Suites. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Duties:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses

- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift

- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns

- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and managing guest requests

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Skills:

-Hospitality background with previous experience in front desk or guest relations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Familiarity with hotel reservation software is preferred

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to accurately complete night audit procedures
