We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as one of our Airport Shuttle Drivers!

The position is responsible for driving the shuttle for guests of 3 different hotel properties and ensures their satisfaction and comfort by promptly and courteously responding to guests requests in addition to assisting front desk staff and the sales department with various tasks during down time including meeting room event setups & breakdowns. Employee must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Upon arrival , greets and assists guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle, personally carrying the luggage or using luggage cart.

Upon departure, assists the guests by helping load luggage into vehicle.

Responds to guest needs by promptly delivering in person, laundry, newspapers, additional linens, etc.

Maintains a friendly and cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Use good judgment and safe driving skills..

Keep a timely shuttle route.

Communicate with hotel(s) regularly throughout shift coordinating pickups.

Regularly Fuel and clean van.

Set up meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest. Use Banquet Events Agreement as a guideline. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials such as , tables, chairs, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms.

Break down and clean all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to the storage closet so room will be available to be reset for next function.
