We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking payments from customers, completing loan applications, making collection calls and performing other administrative tasks as necessary. Hometown Finance prides itself in having the highest level of customer service. As a growing company, there will be promotion opportunities on a regular basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move up in the organization.
```Duties```
- Take loan payments and applications over the phone and in-person
- Work with customers to provide information on thier accounts
- Call customers for payment reminders and collections
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with sales of loan products and referrals from existing customers
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a CSR or in the financial services industry or other retail operation
- Knowledge of lending operations
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work in a team and drive sales
- Experience in loan servicing is a plus
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
