Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. Must have Quickbooks experience. Preferred experience with Collections. Local office manager with Bookkeeping / Accounting experience with multi state locations, requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests.
  • Will report direct to the owners and help with scheduling.
  • Handle confidential client information. Will be required to sign a non disclosure.
  • Handle company files and documents.
  • Organize documents and reports
  • Completes biweekly payroll for 100 employees / contractors
  • Assist with the budgeting process through education of managers on financial issues impacting their budgets while working with the CEO and COO reviewing trends and layering in information provided from the field.
  • Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions)
  • Budget projection process, flash reports and reporting mechanism
  • Advising from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the Company may enter including researching partners such as multi state Insurance plans
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
  • Must be comfortable working with leaders, government officials and business owners and have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to ensure deadlines are followed
  • Manage incoming expense reports, AP requests
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Bookkeeping Role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment with large amounts of data to be processed
  • Requirement working with Quickbooks
