Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains accurate resident services records for each property by keeping track of sign in sheets, pictures, and marketing pieces for each event.*
- Maintains each property’s Resident Services binder.*
- Coordinates with outside agencies and groups to provide programs for residents to participate in, strengthening the connections between the residents and the community.*
- Manages each properties Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan,*
- Sends out marketing letters for each property on a quarterly basis.*
- Assists properties in scheduling National Night Out.*
- Performs any additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Director of Compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years related experience and/or training
- Team player with positive attitude
- Goal oriented and solution focused
- High School or GED required
- Bilingual skills are a plus! (Spanish)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
