The Signature Account Advisor will foster and maintain good working relationships with high net worth clients. In addition, the Signature Account Advisor will provide full-service customer service and support to new and existing high net worth clients.

Purpose of Job

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Service 

• Foster and maintain good working relationships with high net worth clients.
• Research and answer client and underwriter communications.
• Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues. Process policy changes, renewals and cancellations.
• Handle claim and billing inquiries.
• Work with existing clients to identify additional needs.
• Foster and maintain good working relationships with insurance company underwriters.

1. Provide quotes and sell needed coverages. 
2. Train and stay up-to-date on carrier policies. 
3. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Minnesota state personal lines insurance agent/broker license.

Experience:

• 5 years in personal lines customer service.
• Preferred work history with high net worth clients.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management techniques
• working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverage's, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes
• Thorough knowledge of all personal lines of insurance products
