Homebase Behavior Consulting is hiring a Center Coordinator for our Boylston MA location!

Job Summary:
The Center Coordinator will act as a multi-functional member of the team handling all duties related to maintaining order at the center as well as performing a variety of Social Group and office related tasks. This is an in-person position that reports directly to the Office Manager. The Center Coordinator is a 27hr/wk position whose schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-7pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 1pm.

What we're looking for: Self starter's with the desire to gain experience and join a collaborative team. Homebase Behavior Consulting is a small center that provides Applied Behavior Analysis for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are looking for a cross functional, part time, team player to join our team! You will be overseeing the in's and out's of what goes on at our center so personability and a can-do attitude is a must! Candidates with management experience, organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing situation will thrive in this position. Experience with ASD is a huge plus!

Job Responsibilities:
● Plan Saturday Social Group Curriculum
● Oversee Daily Client Pick up and Drop off
● Create Social Group Activity Materials and Examples
● Cover Clients as Needed When Arriving Early Etc.
● Attend Saturday Social Group and act assist with Leading Activities
● Input the Framework of all Client Center Sessions Into Aloha
● Create and Maintain a Center Inventory System
● Create and Send Out Social Group Pairings Across all Platforms
● Center Closing Duties: Lights, Locking, Last One Out, Etc.
● Interface with Parents and Transportation Companies Upon Arrival
● Maintain Accurate Transportation Logs
● Work 1-1 with a Client as Needed
● Field Supply Requests From BT’s and Send to Office Manager
● Act as point Person in the Absence of Office Manager
● Organizational Projects as Needed
● Basic Center Cleaning Duties as Assigned
● Keep a Detailed Phone Log with Details of Who Called, Messages, Etc.
● Keep Up to Date Daily Recap and Relay Important Information to Office Manager
● Variety of Scanning, Faxing, Filing and Other Administrative Tasks
● Meet with Office Manager and Principal As Needed
● Act as Assistant to Office Manager and Carry Out Per Diem Requests
● Other Duties as Assigned by the Office Manager and Principal

Pay: $17.08 - $24.39 per hour

Expected hours: 27 per week
