Job Description:

Front Desk Agent Superstar-- Home2 Suites Austin North / Near the Domain

Seeking FULL TIME, 5 shifts per week! (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).

Job description:

  • Support guest service as the main focus of the hotel and interacts with guests.
  • Communicates special requests made by guests and provides personalized service to all guests.
  • Actively participates in Home 2 Huddles.
  • Participation in Home 2 Suites, Your 2 Hands, community outreach program twice a year.
  • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow both hotel and Hilton policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.
  • All associates are required to wear Home 2 brand uniforms, name-tag and a smile from start to end of shift.
  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance while at work.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Complete other duties and tasks assigned by managers.
  • Complete daily checklist before shift end.
  • Needs to be reliable, punctual and flexible.
  • Individual needs to also be self-motivated, high energy, outgoing, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to provide solutions to guest issues, or diffuse situation until management can help.
