Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all hotel departments.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals through effective budgeting and revenue management
- Supervise staff, providing leadership, training, and support to maintain high standards of service
- Handle human resources responsibilities such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Address guest concerns promptly and strive to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on hotel operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guest needs
