Hotel Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Duties:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage services
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and phone systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
