Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent guest services.
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments within the hotel and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Manage budgets and financial plans, including forecasting and monitoring expenses - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to employees - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of hotel operations software systems (e.g., PIP, OnQ systems) - Bilingual (preferred).
Familiarity with night audit procedures - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
