The hotel opens May 10th, 2024 and is located at 20 Battery Park Ave, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role:
As a Valet Parking Attendant, you’re not just parking cars – you’re setting the tone for our guests’ stay by providing a seamless and courteous arrival, throughout and departing experience.
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's handled with care and delivered promptly to their room as requested.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles, maintaining a well-organized parking lot and valet area.
- Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions!
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the front desk to ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Keep accurate records of all vehicles.
Your Skills -
- Your personality and hospitality shines – thriving on making guests feel welcome and valued.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are essential.
- Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as welcomed!
- You must have a clean drivers’ license with at least 2 years driving experience on a full license and the ability to drive or learn a manual shift vehicle.
- Attention to detail ensures the safe handling of guests' vehicles.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift luggage.
- A flexible schedule is always great,as valet services operate around the clock. Our willingness to work around your schedule is also a priority!
