Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Porter/Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and promptly address any issues

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance duties

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Proficient in using logic controllers and other technical tools
- Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and coordinate with team members

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
