Marketing Care Coordinator
Home Helpers is growing again and looking to expand the care management team. Home Helpers, the leading homecare provider in Richmond and Chesterfield county is recruiting for a Marketing Care Coordinator Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield & surrounding areas. Home Helpers is an organization that is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors at home.
We are seeking a great Marketing Care Coordinator who enjoys building relationships with referrers and families from within their community. You might be working in the health care sector as a social worker, a therapist or a nurse and looking to expand your horizons. We have a fantastic tool box of marketing resources that make marketing and educating the community easy.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors’ offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources
· Build and maintain database of potential referrers.
· Conduct training sessions to professionals and families that focus on dementia care and Parkinson’s disease care.
· Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public, and non-profit organizations.
· Arrange presentations of Home Helpers services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies as well as brokerage companies looking for labor hire partners.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Home Helpers services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
· Manage periodic on-call with internal staff.
· Perform client assessments; create and input care plans into CRM program and coordinate with the office staff to ensure client needs are communicated and care starts in a timely manner.
· Maintain and manage a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System to track leads and follow-up on leads.
· Use tracking sheets to record activity and submit to manager weekly.
· Meet with manager weekly to discuss opportunities, referrals status, activity, etc.
Qualifications:
· Social worker, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, LPN, RN or Marketer with a proven history preferred, with experience in the care industry
· Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, LPN, RN considered
· Exceptional presentation skills and highly organized
· Experience with PowerPoint
· Experience with the elderly preferred
· Passion for the elderly is a must
