Position Snapshot

You're not just another cog in the machine; you are the bridge between our brand and the direct response marketing world. With a penchant for efficient processes, your work is characterized by a seamless blend of creativity and analytics. You understand the fast-paced nature of direct response marketing but approach it with a calm, collected mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Response Marketing
  • We’re seeking someone who can oversee the quality, placement, and alignment of ads with campaign objectives. You'll collaborate closely with vendors to execute optimized direct response and offline campaigns, ensuring every aspect meets our brand standards. Compliance with Do Not Mail Requests, ad-hoc contact downloads, and other functions will be second nature to you. Daily management of call logs for accurate attribution is essential, as is your ability to develop segmentation strategies through insightful analysis and A/B testing of direct mailers, marriage mail, media buys and more. Additionally, your creative flair will shine as you ideate and collaborate to create design ideas for various campaigns, utilizing team support as necessary.
  • Customer Experience Management
  • We’re looking for someone to oversee our legacy-based customer program, ensuring meticulous notetaking and report generation as required. You'll also be responsible for optimizing and regularly reporting on our Referral Rewards Program, collaborating closely with our Sales and Operations Departments. Emphasizing the importance of speed to lead, we operate under the principle that swift action is paramount in responding to communication from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting
  • Diligently monitor campaign performance using our data reporting sites and Excel, providing regular recommendations to optimize and expand existing programs in line with customer acquisition goals. This includes weekly updates to ensure timely adjustments. You'll also be responsible for and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, managing and tracking incoming requests to ensure deadlines and goals are met, as well as assisting in the development and execution of an annual marketing plan with comprehensive budget management for direct response programs, ensuring spend aligns with allocated budgets. Reporting on marketing performance and KPIs with the Marketing team on a frequent, consistent basis is crucial. Additionally, you'll be tasked monthly with monitoring, reconciling, sorting, and providing precise and accurate reporting on invoices, budgets, and actual spend, collaborating closely with vendors and internal leadership in other departments.
  • Collaboration
  • Consistently report on marketing performance and KPIs with the Marketing team, demonstrating a deep understanding of benchmarks. Additionally, we need a candidate who excels in nurturing relationships within the greater Renewal by Andersen network, swiftly adopting and disseminating best practices to contribute positively to the lives of our homeowners, colleagues, families, and communities. This includes actively sharing ideas and content on internal platforms and participating in network-wide webinars & out of state conferences/site visits.

  • Are you driven by growth and possess strong logical thinking coupled with analytical skills? Do you have over 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing robust direct response marketing campaigns? The teammate in this space is someone who can analyze cultural trends, quantitative and qualitative data, and behavioral patterns to devise relevant and realistic plans and recommendations. If you're well-versed in success measurements in Branding/Awareness and Direct Response, with a deep understanding of channel-specific campaign management and optimization practices, we want to hear from you. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in our high-growth, fast-paced environment where innovation is valued, and disruptive business-building is encouraged while meeting strict deadlines. Experience in segmentation, targeting, acquisition and retention, pricing and revenue, and conversion reporting and analytics is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, etc) and Adobe Creative Suite is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strategic storytelling ability, keen attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. This position requires daily commuting to the office with the flexibility of telecommuting up to 2 times a week.

Compensation
  • $40,000 - $45,000 per year, full-time salary
