Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This position requires strong communication skills and the willingness to travel within the Lake Norman region.
Duties:
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Analyze client feedback to improve services and increase satisfaction
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality support
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficient in negotiation techniques
- Sales experience is preferred
- Background in home care preferred
- Social work or dietician background a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Willingness to be a team player and help out where needed a positive
