Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe is Hiring a Store Manager Near Dennis, MA

Reports to: Owner, Operations Manager, District Manager

Direct Reports: Store Supervisors, Servers

The national award-winning Holy Cow is looking for enthusiastic self-starters to help drive our explosive growth!

Store Managers are responsible for delivering the best possible experience for our customers. They make certain that all aspects of their location meet company standards. As the person in charge, they ensure employees have what they need and the store location is properly set up for the ultimate ice cream experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the best customer experience possible!
  • Ensure your staff is meeting company expectations in regards to customer service
  • Enforce and adhere to proper training and safety protocols for all employees
  • Create and maintain staff scheduling, filling in gaps as needed
  • Serve product to the customer professionally and with a positive attitude that keeps customers leaving with a smile and coming back time and time again
  • Monitor inventory and request updates as needed
  • Constantly monitor product and facility to ensure top quality at every level
  • Maintain a safe and fun experience for everyone who enters the Holy Cow
  • Facilitate communication between other stores to reinforce experience consistency
  • Routine property and equipment maintenance tasks specific to your role
  • Direct line of communication between staff and upper management (administration?)
  • Oversee hiring process from recruitment to onboarding
  • Drive and grow business through community awareness
  • Manage and stay within given budget
  • Lead by example!
  • Be proactive, not reactive!
  • Keep yourself and your team up to date on policy changes, menu changes, sales/fundraisers, new flavors, etc.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience managing teams of 6 . Great attitude and problem solving mentality. Strong communication skills. Accountability, passion and commitment to Holy Cow and your team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dennis Port, MA 02639: Relocate before starting work (Required)
